Expensive but should last for many years, great design with large hole at the bottom

I purchased as a pot on from a smaller trays I usually start my seedling in. They are certainly the most sturdiest route trainers I have ever used.They are made from extremely durable and thick plastic.The hole at the bottom is big enough to poke a finger or a bamboo cane through, which is very helpful. They taper down very gradually encouraging the roots to grow deeper into the compost/soil. They have a inner ridges to stop the roots from circling, instead forcing roots downwards. Let’s hope they don’t hike up the price as they are quite expensive, but at the purchase price I paid I’m happy to possibly buy another, but I’m waiting until next year to see if it gets brittle or not, and I’ll follow up this review!

I've bought these several times now and find them ideal for potting on small seedlings. I simply can't fault them.

So pleased with this sturdy seed tray. Easy to pop out seedlings.

I like this because solid and use for a very long time. Not to keep buying those flimsy one. Use them once and throw it away. Bad for the environment.

I was fed up at buying tray after tray. Now I've started buying thicker plastic trays to last & these will do that job. The thin ones Don't really last that long and doesn't do the environment any good. So Spend a bit more but I will save in the long run. These are deep and strong & will last for many years to come. I will be buying some more of these but not till later on, as & when required now. Well packed so that they wouldn't of got damaged on transit. Very happy with this product.

Clearly far better quality plastic than what you find in stores. Will clearly last decades. Polypropelyne isnt the worst plastic for the enviroment but still... BUT STILL! If it biodegraded it wouldnt LAST a decade! ha!Good value. Support british industry.Edit: You can water from the bottom due to the hole, protecting seedlings. If your soil is too fine it might fall out. Just bought my second one.

Really sturdy and nicely designed seedling tray, using these for growing my sweet peas. Very pleased with the quality of the design.
