It worked well but is very expensive. Especially if you have thick long hair like I do. I only got 4 washes out of a bottle. The conditioner does not work well on long curly hair

I love that the color penetrates and holds for many days. Also love that there is an option for a conditioner as well. This works better than the professional dye I pay hundreds for at the salon.

This stuff really works! However, it’s definitely not as pastel colored as I would like. If you leave it on for the full five minutes, it will turn your hair magenta (assuming your hair is light enough to take the color)Use sparingly and with caution. Also you don’t need to use BOTH the shampoo and conditioner… it’s redundant. Just switch off I guess

I used this to touch up the color of my hair and keep the pink lasting throughout the summer. I wash my hair in the sink because of the white tile and grout in my shower. This product will bleed and will stain if you don't tend to the surface right away. I recommend sleeping on a black satin pillowcase.

I hope this review helps someone else. I always find myself in a bind after highlighting my hair because as soon as I wash it, the toner comes out of the roots and they look grayish compared to my slightly warm golden blond hair. So I used a paintbrush to accurately fill in the roots w conditioner and hopped in the shower to rinse it and it made the difference. I noticed it made a few sections of my hair a tiny bit yellow further down so I used a tiny bit of hydrogen peroxide to lift it out in the places it looked too warm and quickly rinsed that too before it did any damage. Did the trick. Be careful with this method but if you’re like me and need to hack your way to the perfect blonde without immediately going back to the salon, this can really help.

I purchased the silver to cut the brass in my hair and I did not see any noticeable change to my hair color, it still got brassy and it did not keep the professional silver color any longer. It also had a really terrible smell. It left my hair clumpy and gunky after use, like I had gone weeks without washing it. Had to wash several times again with other shampoo and conditioner. I would not recommend, I am disappointed in the product especially for the high cost, total waste of $70.00. I wonder if it has to do with the silver tones, looking now I see most of the positive reviews were from other colors.
