Part missing
The lever to move the seat up and down was missing. Which meant my daughter couldn’t have it straight away. We had to take it to a bike shop and pay extra for that part.

Completely self assembly
Bought this bike for my granddaughters birthday. Lovely bike but was not expecting it to come in so many pieces! Took at least 30 mins to put together. So glad I didn’t have it delivered to her home.

Had a puncture!
The bike is beautiful ! However, it arrived with a large punctured back tire! Fortunately, I built it (basically from scratch) and tried pumping the tires up today, and not on Christmas Eve which I was going to do! I now luckily have time to fix it myself, and have ordered a repair kit. But could have had a pretty disappointed little girl on Christmas Day! My advice is to check it well before it’s needed to avoid disappointment.

Comes undone too easily
I'll start with a positive the bike is beautiful and our daughter loves it, we've had it just under 2 weeks and had to keep tightening it nearly every day =( especially the brakes, handle bars and stabilisers
