This product was all I could have hoped for. I was seeking a mobility scooter that would fold up compactly. This does so easily. I wanted the 10" pneumatic tires so it would travel over cobblestones and unpaved areas. This scooter does so with ease. It is heavier than many fold-up scooters (almost 70 lbs.), but that is to be expected due to its sturdy construction. At 700W, the battery has the power to take you almost anywhere, up inclines and off-road terrain. This scooter might be too much for a novice rider – In third gear it takes off like a rocket. I cannot say enough good words about this scooter.After 3 miles of riding this scooter the electric motor went out. Can't get ahold of vendor. I really need this scooter since I am a bilateral amputee. UPDATE: Vendor made everything right! Sent me a new power controller unit and the complete wiring harness for the scooter. Scooter is operating well again. and I am riding it every day. THANK YOU.
