It’s a nice size , works fine and quiet…I like it

I’ve had aquariums and aquatic animals for years. This was for our turtle tank, and it is POWERFUL. Cleans the water efficiently, and still works when the water is low. Nice waterfall, easy to set up. Highly recommend

The media could not be loaded. It works and we would like it filter the water to stay clear on your other turtle bin the bugger turtle whi eats more but for both it works. My husband says he has to out enough water to make sure it runs properly. It seems easy to clean I let him do that I find we have to do that at least once a week. I'll have to check if anything needs to be purchased in addition to keep it going but now filter to replace which us good and he doesn't use chemicals to wash it either.So far so good. And love the water sound the turtles love it as well. Compact and easy. Suitable to low and high water but again my Husband says it seems to nit run well in low water like you have to put enough water.Thanks.

I've had this filter for about year an a half now . My African side neck turtle ( Bowser) is in a 75 gallon tank . With this filter . It's an amazing filter . I paired it with a bubbler on other side of tank to push water to the filter. But it cleans great. not noisy at all not like my other tank . Filters are easy to change. I do have one issue that's why only 4 stars .I've had to put a bridge underneath to help support the weight of it . It pushes a lot of water when it's plugged in causing the suction cups to not really work because the weight of the water flow . Like I said though I just put a turtle bridge underneath it and suctioned the cups to the side and still working perfectly fine .. hasn't moved or came unsucktioned since .

This filter for my 20 gallon tank is spectacular!!! It keeps the water clean for a long time. Good investment.

I have three turtles of different ages and have tried a lot of filters over the years, but this one is by far the worst.First off, it barely cleans the water. My tank has never been this murky, and it’s really frustrating.Second, the design is awful. The filter doesn’t stick to the tank because, once it fills with water, it gets so heavy that it starts sinking. I had to prop it up on a platform just to keep it in place.Third, it’s unsafe for turtles. The current is way too strong, even on the lowest setting. My turtles get caught in this endless cycle where they’re pushed down by the clean water coming out, sucked back into the intake at the bottom, and brought up to the waterfall over and over again. It’s stressful to watch and dangerous for them.The only good things I can say are that it’s easy to set up, simple to clean, and pretty quiet. But those small positives don’t make up for how poorly this filter works or how harmful it is for turtles. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unfortunately.

My Red Ear Slider loves and so do I. He likes to grab the food on the sides as well as play in the bubbles. It's the quietest one so far and I've had my turtle for 14yrs now.
