Can this be applied over dupli-color scratch filler/primer? should i not to mix different primer brands? but, i did plan to use rustolem paint/clear.

I've never had a problem mixing primer brands in rattle cans but when using the more expensive urethane out of a gun I like to use the same brand.

you cannot beat this primer it works great for m and I would not be without it.

Is primer sealer required if you already used sand-able primer?

Hello primer sealer is for if your primer is going to be out in the weather. Regular primer socks up water and will rust if your primer is over bare metal very fast. Primer sealer does just what it says seals from the elements. Hope this helps Bart 😊

Can this be used over filler and sandable primer?

As far as I can tell this can be used with body filler. Apply 2 or more coats of primer to the area. It must be left over 24 hours, depending on the temperature & humidity, to completely dry before sanding.

This is good primer....

I scraped, sanded, and used this primer on metal railings. It did a really good job. The coverage was excellent and the can went quite a ways. It made for good top coat coverage.

Seems rustoleum spray cans are hit or miss. Some spray terribleright from the start. Some leak around the nozzle and drip on your project or all over your hands. I used to buy multiple cans. Now I usually buy single cans because they are so intermittent. And the shelf life isn't always goodSad.
