Perfect
I had added a front lip on top of my old splitter so the old rods I had no longer reached. These new ones fit in the same holes perfectly so I did not have to adjust anything but the length. Although I did have a hard time finding a small wrench that fit the nut piece I ended up using a plier after being in between sizes of wrench especially for the small room I had under the grill. Overall easy install

Perfect if you hard park
First of all, if you do anything more aggressive than hard park outside a coffee joint on weekend mornings and argue about who makes the best wax, then none of these cheap Amazon splitter rods are for you. Don't complain about your sTrUcTuRaL fAiLuReS when you expect a piece of Tinkertoy (with the metric equivalent of 8-32 screws) to hold your front end together over 100 mph on a racetrack. You got what you paid for. If this is you, then don't be so cheap...use something from Longacre, Allstar Performance, or Fully Torqued Racing and attach them to actual structure and not your plastic fascia. But hey, you won't get a pair of them for $16 like you will with these. Now, with this being said, I bought these for a totally different purpose. I needed a cheap, adjustable brace for the gauge display inside my track car. I discarded the outer aluminum tube (it's just there for looks...the actual threaded steel tube is inside; kinda cheesy but whatever), bought nylon locknuts (you should do this), tack welded a hex nut to the center of the steel tube (not required, but it helps for tightening the jam nuts), and painted everything to avoid/delay the rust that everybody mentions. It's not being used for any super-structural purposes; so, it should be fine in here.So far, it's working well for my purposes, although I doubt that anybody else will have the same needs. But, I recommend these rods if you need an adjustable, low-stress brace. I still have a spare rod left over; so, maybe I'll find a use it on some other random project.Follow along on IG if that's your thing: @tangerine.speedo (sorry, there are no actual Speedos there)

Looks great for about 2 or 3 weeks
These look great and work really well, unfortunately they rust really really bad very quickly. But they are pretty good for the money.

Look nice from a distance
They look good from far away but once you get close you can see the rust. After about a week of rain they rusted very fast. To put them in my challenger was also a bit of a pain. I had to put different nuts and bolts to secure it better. From a far they look good and close up ehh it’s ok.
