Can i use this on gray hair

This cant be used on its own its for blonde bleaching powder this blonde used to come with bleaching powders but for last year or so they are now sold separately but still can bleach hair even grey

I wouldn't use it for skin as it burns. I would look for a bleach that is specifically for skin

No it doesn't require toner afterwards unless you want to change the colour of your hair. This will lighten your hair but you will need to mix it with peroxide powder.
