I had dog claw/mail marks in my interior leather door panels. These are soft touch panels so a foam under the leather. I used this product like drywall spacle to fill the divots. It shirnks a bit and takes 24Hrs to dry. It can be sanded after 24+ hours but my best results were to just use it as a filler with a credit card to wipe it smooth. Then i dyed the leather with my color and it looks 95%! not perfection but saved me $400 from a detial shop and he said "good work!" So let it dry 24 hrs before doing anything like sanding or dying.

I bought this in dark brown along with the leather repair filler, which I used first. We purchased some second hand leather chairs that were in good shape, but the arms had cracks from dryness. The filler completely fixed them and then this recoloring balm was like magic! I can hardly believe the difference! I decided to buy this stuff solely based on the reviews and I am SO glad I did. Game changer! Don't hesitate, it's that good!

This is a great way to fix your dash in your vehicle. It’s easy to use and easy to color over it. I wish it was a little bit bigger, but i should have looked at the size of the bottle. Still a good option for repairing your dash.

Works excellent but you need to work fast as it dries quickly!

I purchased it months before I had the nerve to repair my cranberry leather sofa cushion. I originally saw a weak area in the middle of my cushion. I worried about making it worse and figured out what I'd do if I botched it up. I emailed the company to but felt they were vague. Well, I applied this filler, in thin layers like the email described. I used a thin polyester for the backing. Over 6 days, I applied the filler. It started to mound. Toward the final layer, I sanded it a bit. It was yellowish in color which is important in mixing paint colors. I mixed red and a little green acrylics to match the color beautifully. But, as a few days past, I noticed a split occurred maybe from the damp paint. The split was in the same area. I used Chatgtb which said I needed a flexible glue since the repair was on the seat cushion. This filler was more stiff than flexible, so I only could give half the credit to the filler and the other half went to Freblibg Glue shown in the images. Without the additional glue I'd have the same problem. I'm currently trying the filler on a vinyl recliner which I purchased 10 yrs ago but rarely sat on it. That vinyl fabric split off from its cloth backing rather than being a gapping hole. The distressed vinyl was evident on the one arm, a fold in a few placed on the seat. I'll do another review when I'm finished with the sanding and the final painting processes are complete for that recliner.

I used it to repair the cracks in my dashboard of my car. My dashboard is black. Not only did the product dry leaving white residue but it didn't fill in all the cracks as I expected.

Amazingly easy to apply. Small scraper enclosed worked well, allowing very smooth result. Perfect result on cracked arm of leather couch.

I have a white leather couch that is twenty five years old and has suffered a good deal of rough wear from six grandchildren with a tendency to bounce on it. When the leather dried out and started cracking and flaking I repaired it with Paintable Leather Filler, and now it is clean, beautiful, and white and looks like new. Using leather filler certainly beats buying a new couch, which wouldn't match the other counch in the room.
