Bake-O-Glide Extra Thick Oven Liner, One Sheet, 500mm x 500mm,Black

I ordered this oven liner as it was advertised on the website as being "made from silicone". I was happy to find a silicone oven liner because I believe that it is safer for health using silicone products with hot temperatures rather than teflon. I was also happy to pay the price for this reason.When the liner arrived, it said "PTFE coated" on the box and when I looked up what this is, I discovered that it actually is Teflon. The sellers of this product therefore have provided incorrect information which for me was an essential deciding factor in purchasing this product.I am therefore very disappointed that I do not have the product I expected - literally not what it says on the box. I thought it might be helpful to others who buy this liner thinking it is "made from silicone" as advertised to know that it actually is teflon coated. It would be good for the sellers to correct this misleading information as it is only evident upon receiving the liner in its box after ordering it that one can see the information that this is in fact a teflon product. I returned it for a refund.

These are like the Teflon Liners you can buy in the supermarkets & though they are sort of non-stick, they do leave Oil Marks when cooking things like fish or pastry. They are ok, better than foil as at least they don't stick to fish which foil does.Packaging is basic with tiny instructions - better instructions would help.

Arrived promptly but only measured about 40 x 50 cm not 50 x 50 as stated and came unboxed not as in the picture.Apart from that, fine and fit for purpose.Missing one star for reasons above.

So far so good - the liner sheet just needed a little size adjustment and now fits perfectly. If it lasts as long as my previous sheet I shall probably need a new cooker first.

Wanted an oven floor covering/liner for my new oven. This was just what was needed, I cut it to size, it collects any dirt or grease and can be washed off and replaced again. Wish I had had one year's ago, cleaning the oven is one of the worst jobs. Would highly recommend.

Its not "extra thick". Its similar to the basic product from Lakeland I got today, in fact its thinner! So the "Extra Thick" claim doesn't really stand up unfortunately.

Easiest way of keeping your oven clean. Would be helpful if sold in a larger roll so that you can cut to size if you have two ovens like we do - had to buy two so there was some waste.

Instead of scraping burnt lumps off the floor of my oven I can now take the liner out and wipe them off. Washes easily in hot soapy water. Very good.
