Great quality liquid Iron for a very reasonable price.I've used other (pricey) liquid Irons and was looking for an alternative as I'm on a limited retirees budget. This one fit the bill, literally. Great price for a month worth of daily Iron.It says it's Berry flavored (with a picture of Blueberries), I don't taste berry of any kind but it's still very palatable, tastes like nothing much. (I've had some gnarly tasting liquid Iron before).It's very gentle on my digestive system and has not caused any constipation.I just take a tablespoon straight every morning and drink some water, I don't feel the need to add to water or juice.I donate Plasma regularly and this product keeps my Iron levels well within range.It doesn't say refrigeration required but I do keep it in the fridge after opening anyway.It does have a warning to keep out of children's reach "as Iron-containing products can cause fatal poisoning in children under 6", so be aware. It does come with a child deterent cap but you know how kids can be.Really like this product, have a monthly subscription for it, saves me a few extra pennies.

Tastes great, doesn’t hurt my stomach, increased my energy, works really well! I am pregnant and was getting dizzy from lack of iron. I started taking this and within 2 days my dizziness went away.

I have a genetic condition that makes it necessary for me to take iron daily. After trying many products, I found this one gives me the best results. The alternative was to suffer with infusions. The process hurts, and the needles are for horses.🐎🐴maybe (not really). It's flavored & is easy to take with a measuring spoon. There's no offensive smell, & the bottle easily lasts a month.

The reason that I like this product so much is its natural berry flavor. It's easier than swallowing tablets, and since it's in liquid form, it's a lot easier for me to take. The only thing I'd suggest is to improve the consistency of the product. But overall, it's definitely a product I'd recommend to anyone looking to take iron supplements.

This product is a liquid 16 fluid ounce bottle of liquid iron. It tastes like blueberries but also the blueberries really taste like they have metal in them from the iron. All together it tastes a little weird and it's not very pleasant. It's not horrible by any stretch, but iron can just only taste so good, and I think they've done their best.However I have been taking this iron for a week now and I must say that it is the best supplement that I have taken for my anemia ever. For the first reason, I am not constipated. Not only do I take narcotics for pain, but I have just always been a sufferer of pretty bad constipation even on my good days. Now I do take other supplements that help me in this department but normally iron would lock me up like crazy and even with laxatives I would not be able to go. So up until now I have been unsuccessful with taking an iron supplement just because of that. Even when I was pregnant, it did the same thing when I took the prenatal vitamins. This iron does not do that to me, and I'm able to go everyday. So if you have problems with constipation and iron, I can't make promises, but try this it may be your answer. I take it at night with my liquid collagen. I am feeling a difference after starting the collagen and the iron and the vitamins that I've been on. I will be repurchasing this liquid iron. It does taste better if you refrigerate it.

Amazing taste. Honestly was dreading having to switch from capsule to liquid because typically all liquid tastes terrible but not this. My iron levels were still low after taking a multi vitamin with iron so doctor suggested this. The thought is that this will absorb better and also won’t make me stick to my stomach like the capsule does. I had bariatric surgery a little over 2 years ago and lifetime vitamins with iron is on the menu for the rest of my life. Haven’t been taking it long enough to know if it’s helping my levels. I have blood work in a few months so will update! Also my dr recommended taking chlorophyll in addition to the liquid, it aids in the production of RBC.

So far I have really enjoyed using this supplement. The fast absorption is noticeably faster than my previous iron supplements. Being in liquid form, it's super easy to take. The natural berry flavor is a bonus, not too overpowering or artificial. It has effectively restored my energy reserves and reduced signs of fatigue. Highly recommended for anyone needing an iron boost!

I didn't really notice a huge difference but I'd buy another bottle to try again
