Seems to work fine. None of my doctors have been able to figure out why my iron drops so precipitously at times. I've had MRIs, sonographs, and blood tests left and right. Infusions seem to have gotten me corrected, but maintaining my particular condition seems to require for supplements maintenance. These work as well for me as the ones that cost 5 times as much. However, that's my situation. Make sure to consult with your own physicians.

Never upset my stomach
I take these in the morning, usually on an empty stomach. I know it's recommended to take iron with food but I can't quite manage that. Instead I take it with vitamin c to encourage absorption. It's never upset my stomach or made my constipated. Occasionally my poop looks a little green if I didn't have much to eat that day because I probably absorbed less. I think it absorbs well because I have less fatigue when I'm taking it.

Good for the immediate build-up of Iron
After finding I was anemic, I purchased this product. I was concerned about the notion of 'slow release' since most iron supplements tend to act fast and have side effects. This product seems to live up to its' name of 'Slow release.' Very pleased.

Large bottle for small amount of pills.
Don't let the bottle fool you! it is only 10th full of pills! Looks like the name brand...I know soon if it works as I am having blood work soon! Hey...you guys...packing this...save plastic, save weight and size for the packaging and mostly save the planet!
