Iron (as ferrous sulfate) 65 MG 361% other ingredients... microcrystalline cellulose, crospovidone, stearic acid, hypromellose, sodium lauryl sulfate, magnesium slilcate, FD&C red #40 lake, polyethylene, mineral oil, silica, titanium dioxide, FD&C Yellow #6 lake and calcium sulfate. .. hope that helps.. I have to take 3 a day because my iron is really low.. and it helps a lot

What is the expiration date of the pills?

3 to 4 years after the manufacturing date. Current expiration date stamped on the product indicates 2019. This product is very stable when stored as directed; i.e., room temperature.

Doctor wants me taking 325 mg of ferrous sulfate—is that what this is? & how is that the same/different from this also being 65mg of "elemental" iron?

Second time I have purchased this. My husband has low iron levels with borderline anemia and was told that he would probably be referred for intravenous iron injections...OR he could first try iron tablets. I ordered these, having no idea if they would help, and he has now been taking these for about a year and his iron levels are within acceptable limits. We are both very happy that these work and are easy to take, affordable, and he doesn't have to have periodic doctor's visits for infusions.
