I am a repetitive buyer. These work very well, but are a more expensive way to humidify your guitar. A viable approach though when you have a number of instruments and/or don’t want to attend to humidifying your instruments weekly ir more frequently in the dryer winter months.They also will help to dehumidify a dry guitar. And can be used to dehumidify up to a point in higher humidity conditions.

I have 2 Martin acoustic guitars and use the humidity packs in fall and winter. I live in Michigan's Upper Peninsula and in fall and winter humidity levels bottom out. I have tried humidity devices of all types. Nothing works as well as these. It keeps the humidity in my hard cases at 48% to 50 % protecting the the sensitive tone woods from damage. Nothing I have tried works anywhere as good as these do. Highly recommend!

I like that it makes it easy to control humidity without having to put a dampener in my guitar cases and check it all the time, especially in a dry climate.
