What kinda of psu size do I use Sfx or no?

Considering the power requirements of a 2023 system, the size required is around 200mm then this is not a good system to have in 2023. In 2020 I suppose, but not in 2023 with a modern 450-600 watt card and forget about a 13900 + a 4090 this is not the case for you since a 1200w PSU is going to be too large. Shame that so many chassis makers are flubbing these days.

Can you invert the case? Put it on left side of desk?

Just like most computer cases, you can not invert the case. How ever you can still put the case on the left side of your desk, you won't be able to see inside of it. Except from the front.
