Clean the gel pads after each use with a damp, lint-free cloth and protect the outside with one of the protective films - this will give your gel pads a particularly long life. If the gel pads do come loose, they will need to be replaced.

Can I use the EM 55 Menstrual Relax+ with a conventional USB-C cable?

For your safety, we have equipped the EM 55 with a specially coded USB-C cable. This has been tested together with the product and is precisely matched to our EM 55. Conventional USB-C cables are not compatible with the product.
