Don’t give up
Five days ago I received my ad roller. I was able to do three and felt it immediately. I kept working on it several times a day now I’m doing 12 and almost completely extended and I can actually feel it in my abs. Great machine.

Very hard to use
I may get better but this thing is very hard to use! I have a regular ab wheel and will continue to use it instead. I just really thought this would be a but easier and more fun.
