Nice and quiet machine
Had a portable cooler/heater that worked ok. Took the plunge and bought thus. Runs totally quiet I'm comparison. You wouldn't even know it's on. Changes temperature in the room really quickly. I manage my energy on an app and this thing barely tips the watts in my book. So so worth the money. The price is great.

Easy installation
Units arrived as scheduled in good condition. This was my first DYI Mini-Split installation. This kit made it easy. I added a line set cover to finish out the installation. Installation does require some electrical and mechanical skills.

It doesnโt work at all and I contacted them and there sending a new one hopefully this one works

blower under powered
comes with everything you need which is great. but it takes forever to cool the area it is in which is smaller than what is specified. the blower seems to be under powered.

Works great so far
Installed this unit by myself, has worked great since. So far I would say itโs a good investment. I have had it for a few months now.

Efficient but not inverter type mini split like advertised
I have install several mini split unit from several brand, this one is the most efficient that i have. Running in heat mode used almost 600w, while an Aux mini split would run around 1100 to 1300 watt. Very happy with the unit, highly recommended. Edit : After over half of a year with it over all the mini split work like any other mini split its use roughly 1000 watts for cooling and about 700 watts for heating, that is efficient though its could be better if it really an inverter type mini split, which its not. Its turn on/off like any other normal a/c system not ramp up and down like the inverter type would, therefore consider before purchase. Its not inverter mini split like advertised
