They are excellent for cleaning food particles trapped between teeth. They’re great for cleaning food stuck between the brackets of your braces too. The picks are flexible and wrapped in rubber which means they are gentle and massaging between your gums. There is no added scent or flavor to them which I appreciate. Much better than regular wooden toothpicks, which are terrible for your gums. Only 2 cons is I wish they were a little stiffer.
