Solid 'customize once and forget' mouse
For some background, I previously owned the wired version of this mouse and decided to upgrade to the wireless version after the middle-click on my wired mouse started failing. This is a mouse that's highly customizable (through the iCUE software), including DPI, RGB lighting, and button assignments. It supports up to 5 DPI levels per profile that can go up to 26,000. Even better, once you have it configured the way you want it, you can switch to Onboard Memory Mode and never have to use the software again if you don't want to. Battery life seems to be solid, it charges quickly and lasts a long time, and the mouse itself feels well-built, with no give to the plastic when gripped tightly. The wireless adapter is stored in a small compartment on the bottom of the mouse, not in the box, and it comes with a USB-C to USB-C cable to charge if you need one. 5/5 would buy again.

Didn't Even Last A Year, Sent Back, Corsair 'Returned' My Busted Mouse To Wrong Address
Purchased this mouse on July 17th, 2024. Worked great until it didn't. The scrolling wheel/button started malfunctioning in March, making any time I try to scroll up or down, it would jump all over the place or stay still & unresponsive. It eventually became unusable, & on Mar 28th, I opened a ticket to return it. Life happened & I was unable to get my act together to have it mailed back to them until June. My bad. But support was nice enough to reopen & send me a new label to print out. It was sent out on June 17th with the label. Here's where things have gone haywire. I was updated & told that 'because UPS tried to deliver when the facility was closed, the package is being returned'. They asked me to let them know when I received it & they would send me a new label to try again. Was a bit irritated, but it happens. I told them I would wait. Happened to check on the tracking & found out that it was delivered & 'returned' to some place in Missouri. So far? Not worth the bloated price. The cheap Red Dragon gaming mouse I bought as a 'temp' replacement has been working just fine ever since while 'waiting for my replacement.

Wonderful mouse, failed in under a year.
I enjoy Corsair products, and they have always done right by me but a $160 crapping out in under a year is pretty tough to stomach (I game at most 4hours/week). I was able to submit a successful RMA, but I'm now hesitant to drop this much money on a product. Willing to revisit the review once I've heard back from the RMA department and test the replacement. TLDR: Wonderful, comfy, slim mouse w/ a great battery life. Unfortunately, stopped working under a year. iCue is still awful.

his rechargeable wireless mouse didn’t come with a charging cable
As an avid gamer who enjoys everything from Stardew Valley to Valorant, I was hesitant to switch from my trusted Razer DeathAdder, which I’d used for over eight years, to the Corsair wireless mouse—my first-ever wireless purchase. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The product arrived in excellent condition, with impeccable packaging and presentation. The mouse itself was pristine, free of scratches, dings, or nicks, and all the buttons functioned perfectly. Corsair’s iCUE software, which controls the lighting and key binds, is incredibly user-friendly and includes a built-in tutorial for anyone who might need guidance. Compared to other brands’ software, iCUE is far superior and truly stands out. That said, I’m giving this mouse four stars instead of five due to a surprising oversight: this rechargeable wireless mouse didn’t come with a charging cable. Fortunately, I had plenty of USB-to-USB-C cables on hand, so it wasn’t a major issue for me. However, this could be inconvenient for others, so keep it in mind when purchasing the wireless version. It’s possible mine was simply missing the cable, but it’s worth noting. Overall, it’s a fantastic mouse, and I’d recommend it with that small caveat.

Needs better grip but works amazing
This mouse says it's for medium size hands. Look up a chart online to see how big your hands are on the chart, you may be using the wrong mouse! This mouse is the perfect size. Coming from a Dark Core RGB SE Pro that I'm using fingertip grip on for the last 2 years. I'm getting hand cramps on it now. I switched to this and seems perfect but grip isn't enough. I cut out some lizard skins. Wow, the grip is amazing! Handles really well and glides like water. Even wireless, is amazing. Like being wired. Great for medium hands, fingertip grip. Just like the Corsair website says. I feel more accurate than before and no more hand cramps.

Only 6 months of gentle use before major scrolling problem occurred
I'm a left-handed user, but I was looking for an ambidextrous or left-handed mouse that would be fairly comfortable to use. I would have previously given this mouse 4-stars due to the iCUE software issues. This mouse checked most of the boxes of what I wanted: 1. Bluetooth/wireless AND wired so I can quickly swap from my pc to laptop as I did with my wireless Logitech mouse (which failed me after receiving a double-clicking issue that is apparently prevalent in Logitech mice). The fact this one has all 3 options was phenomenal, although I haven't had a need for the wireless or bluetooth functionality yet. 2. usb-c charging 3. Ambidextrous/left-handed - although it doesn't have full ambi/lefty functionality as the buttons are stuck to the left side, but I knew this before buying. 4. I did not want 20 buttons on the side of the mouse, but a couple would have been nice. 5. Having a nice and easy click to the buttons and scroll wheel, with the addition of a side-scrolling wheel. 6. Reasonably comfortable for palm grip and smallish hands The mouse felt quite good to use. The clicks felt good, I figured out the annoying software to keep my settings and stop resetting to the default settings, although I gave up on the lighting settings. Not a big issue. For over $100 for a mouse, I'd have loved it to be completely functional and have the ability to swap the side that the side buttons are on like I could do with my previous Logitech mouse and be truly ambi-friendly. I had to disable the side buttons because they were way too easy to press accidentally, as well as disable the profile-switching in the iCue program (another pain to figure out). Sadly, there are very few options for us lefties and I have to deal with drawbacks somewhere, but I at least trusted the Corsair brand after owning the k70 cherry mx red keyboard for almost 10 years and it performed flawlessly despite multiple coffee spills, lol. The reason for the 2 Stars is because, out of nowhere, and despite being a gentle user who hasn't even moved this mouse off of my desk yet, the scroll wheel has started acting up. It's an annoyingly big effort to simply scroll up or down since it's not registering the scrolls correctly. Sometimes the webpage will hardly budge when I'm trying to scroll down, then it'll even scroll UP instead. It's very infuriating. It is also noticeable in games when trying to scroll through the hotbar and such. Sometimes it will skip. I don't abuse my mouse and I don't play with greasy hands, but this issue seems common among some Corsair mice when I did a google search for my issue. Although I couldn't find insight into this particular mouse, some solutions for other Corsair mice experiencing my issue were to replace the scroll wheel encoder or to grease it up with WD-40. Someone got a replacement mouse from Corsair and it started acting up again in the same manner within months. For a mouse this expensive, 6-months of use before this major problem occurred is unacceptable.
