This is a fantastic machine easy for beginners starting out on the laser engraving journey

Bought this for our son and to say that he is delighted is a complete understatement.

item is easy to assemble and works well have used it to make many gifts

Didn't expect to have to build this so a bit surprised. Instructions weren't great to be honest however eventually managed to build it. Once it was assembled this is a fantastic machine and really good value for money

The laser worked for 2days now not working at all, as of yet nothing from stool customer services

A fantastic bit of kit we used to design and cut/engrave our wedding decor and gifts.This was easy to use and the included XCS software is free and very quick to get something laser cut. It’s as simple as draw the shape, write the text. Select the pre-defined settings and then send to the laser.It can cut up to 6mm easily and engrave a number of items, overall very happy with the XTool and its support, a great laser cutter for personal or home use.The package it comes in is also well padded, instructions are very clear and the actual laser feels very professional, fits on a standard 60cm desk and takes up not too much room.I’m already eyeing up the 40w X tool laser which complete items even faster!

I was sceptical about getting a laser machine at first, as I have never used one previously, after reading numerous reviews online, I opted for the xTool D1 10w Pro, I have to say that I am not disappointed, it’s easy to set up and use, the instructions are concise and detailed. The results from this laser are fantastic, it’s the best thing I have bought in a long time, also, xTools customer service is second to none, fantastic after care service, and always willing to help.

I bought this after many months of thinking about which one, and would I use it enough to justify the price, eventually took the plunge, and have to say, it has perked me up a bit, I can’t stop engraving, made loads of things for my friends, it’s not easy to get right straight away, takes practice, different materials and power settings, speed settings, resolution settings, but once to get used to the app (on Apple iPad, iPhone and Mac) the settings are available to get quite complicated, I just keep it simple, the rotation device was also a puzzle in itself, not much in the way of instructions but once you get to anatomy of it, it makes sense, and I was using it pretty quickly, there is a pretty good sample materials pack, but sadly doesn’t tell you what they are, there’s a small square red ‘Ink Pad’ no idea what that’s for, I dare say it will reveal its mystery purpose sooner or later, I would recommend getting the XTool enclosure, as it deadens the noise, not that it’s terribly noisy, but it can get a bit dusty and smokey, depending on what material you are using, and the extraction is useful, I am really getting a kick out of my new toy, as it is just a toy for me, an expensive toy granted, but I’m back in my childhood again.
