These start off a little slippery, even after two washes. But once I used them twice, they have really changed my toasting, crisping, and baking game! I guess I knew about these mats, but I forgot I knew, if I did. Lol. They're a game changer! No more tin foil with everything that melts sticking to it. These make my taquitos crispy and the crunchy cheese comes right off! Yum! So far, we've only really used the smaller one (pictured), and the round one for pizza.. But I'm 100% sure the others are just as good. I love that, unlike the giant pizza metal pizza crisper, I can just roll these up and put a rubberband around them, for storing in my smaller cupboard above the stove, too! 10 out of 10 would buy again. But don't need to, because they come with so many sizes!

I had a set of these previously for years, and my daughter took them when she moved out. To be fair, I think they were hers! I love these, I love the variety of sizes and I love the pastry mat. Stuff doesn’t stick. The mats do discolor slightly overtime, but they continue to function beautifully! My first set has lasted at least 10 years at this point it is still being used, just not by me.

I've only used the rectangular one for bread and it was great. I think i made a good purchase. It was very easy to lift the bread out of pan and I believe it would of fit a few different sizes. I l8ke the pack of 1 rectangular and one round. Now I just need to start making more bread 🍞

I LOVEEEEEEEEE! Parchment paper was my biggest enemy in baking so I am happy to have found these reusable options that come in multiple sizes. I have used them for baking, freezing, and storing and they have worked wonderfully. They have not stained, which I would not really care if they did, and are easy to clean, just a little slippery, which is fine by me. I highly recommend.

I want to love these, but I can't. They do a fantastic job at keeping things from sticking to the baking sheet. Food easily wipes off the mats. They are thick and durable, have not discolored, seem burn-resistant, and don't change the flavor of the food. My main issue arises in cleaning them. They are so flexible that the only place to clean them and be able to put enough pressure on them to thoroughly wash is to place them on the counter and use the countertop to push against. (The idea of putting them against the dirty sink grosses me out.) Once the mat is flipped to the other side, its super slippery with dish soap and moves all over the counter as I try to wipe the other side. Then I pick them back up and rinse both sides. Often, they still feel a little greasy, and that says a lot coming from someone who likes an immaculately clean kitchen (I know how to use very hot soapy water with blue Dawn dish soap). It isn't usually until the second wash (after they have dried from the first wash) that it is up to my standards of clean. I'm not sure if it's the silicone material that makes it hard to remove oil, or the fact that it is so flexible, and therefore, I can't apply enough pressure against it. Either way, I sometimes wonder if the mats are actually worth their value for the cost.

Just finished using the round sling for the first time. Easy in and out of a Dutch oven. Just know that the silicone is hot when it's been in a 450F oven, so use protection. It cools down quickly.

I ordered this for use in attempting to prevent the bottom of my loafs from become one too dark. They worked as I as hoped. They are easy to clean. Easy to use. And the make placing the dough in the Dutch oven much easier.

They fit the pans perfectly, easy to clean, nothing sticks.
