I actually gained weight using this after I worked so hard to lose weight. I am in my 40's and just needed something to pull me over my plateau because of the leptin hormone that can affect you at this age. After two weeks I gained almost 6 pounds. It is not a diet issue or anything. I have been a Vegetarian 21 years , it's a lifestyle and have always exercised . The only thing that changed was my age. For the last 5 months I have been trying to reach a healthier weight. I have been following a fairly strict diet and workout plan and at first was successful in losing pounds. However, the last 2 months I have hit a plateau and haven’t been losing hardly any weight. I decided it was time to try a supplement to see if that would help me get back on track. I found some references online that indicated Leptin was a great weight loss supplement. So I decided to give these weight loss supplements a try. Finally, after taking these supplements I have began again to see my weight decreasing. I am really glad I tried these, because when my weight started to plateau I was really starting to get discouraged. I even almost gave up a few times.

I wanted to try it so I could see if it would suppress my appetite. It hasn't worked 100%, but I have noticed a slight difference.

As of today (8.28.23)- these did not have much of an effect on me. I've been taking them for almost a month. No significant change in my appetite.

This is a waste of money 💰 product does not help loose weight or curb appetite. This product made me more hungry I ate more taking this product than I did before and it made me actually sick as well. Don’t waste your time or money on this crap.. that’s all it is crap..
