Wright's Garlic & Rosemary Focaccia Bread Mix 500g

I was forced to buy this product as none of our local supermarkets seems to sell plain focaccia when it is needed in a hurry. This tastes as good as my home-made version.

Tastes good, but very expensive. Cheaper to buy in a deli.Put 500g in bread machine on dough = 1.5 hrs. Left to rise for 20 mins then in oven for 20mins. A lot of work for a small amount of bread.

Used in bread maker, added oil when told to, but this made the bread very oily when cooked. Seeped into bread storage bag.Product was quite salty.Bought 2, so will try the other in the oven and use less oil.

Perfect with some home made pate n olives 😋 the supermarkets seem to have stopped stocking this - so now have to rely on Amazon to fulfil the need. This is so easy to make and well worth the pauses in between to allow to rise.

An excellent prepared mix. Really easy to use. It produces soft tasty bread. I shall definitely use this again.
