I figured a weight bench would give me more control to target specific deficiencies than just free weights. So, I picked this one cause it looked like a good deal, and it is. Exactly as advertised.Not really concerned about weight capacity, so I can't verify that. But it was easy to assemble, sturdy enough for my needs, and looks sharp. Comes with all the necessary tools, a decent user installation guide, and even a few example exercises to get started. Adjusts to 6 positions. The leg caps also adjust to level the bench. Easily folds for storage too.I would buy more from this manufacturer.
