I bought this to test an old gaming computer power supply. It worked well however not something you use often.

Cheap power supply tester
Where the unit doesn't put a load on a power supply it does display the output of the cables it hooks to. It is a quick and easy verification of the power output on the specific rail but not really the type of tool that for sure determines good/bad.I have seen various videos where people will add HDD or car headlamps to simulate a load alongside testing.

No instructions
The ATX part worked OK but there were no instructions and no indications of how some of the connections should be used.
