These are useless unless used inside a fire protected safe. Be careful

Fit well for passports Money etc have t had a fire but I’m sure they’ll work as advertised seeing the quality

Handy bag. Sturdy, well constructed. I have many of these bags from Roloway in different sizes. 1/12/26 - The 6,400F bag with snaps is just a bit bigger than the 5,200F bag and it is much easier to place documents in it. Highly recommended.

I looked at a number of different fireproof pouches. Specs were all over the place. This seemed to be the best I could find. High fire rating, multi-layer construction (more than most), good size for documents and other things. It's heavy-duty and seems to be well-built. The only improvement I can recommend is to implement a waterproof zipper like some of the competitors. This bag is "water resistant" for sure, but relies on a standard zipper and a fold-over top flap. It would resist water spray and exposure but if used in a situation where water flooding is possible, submerging this would allow water to intrude through the zipper area. Putting things in a Ziploc bag inside would solve this, but there are better zippers out there that are truly "waterproof".
