Love the way both parts can be used separately or together, very handy.Seems good quality time will tell.

I've used memory foam pillows for years but lately have had to sleep in a more upright position than used to be the case. Wedge pillows don't quite do what I need so there's been a lot of experimenting to find the best way to get the necessary support.This pillow divides into 2 sections and it's the thinner section which has become the final piece of my pillow puzzle. It's shaped to offer support to the neck and even the top of the shoulders, depending on how it's positioned, and I use it at the top of the supportive pile. So far it's offered the best solution to my particular problem that I've found: I'm using it inside a cotton pillow case because it's the bit that my head rests against.The thicker section of the pillow has been used in various ways, including supporting an arm in an armchair and elevating a knee in bed. The pillow as a whole is a versatile item that can be used multiple ways and while it's not cheap it might be just what is needed to solve a problem with sleeping.

It's okay, but not as good as I expected. The price is a bit expensive.

The zip is awkward. You need to be patient and calm to zip it. The zip rips open easily when the cushion is used.

I've had the best nights' sleep I've had in ages by using this 'pillow' this week. I get mid to lower back pain when lying and often wake up with a stiff neck through the night. I usually wake three to four times a night and generally have a poor quality sleep, but I don't have a back injury or condition or anything, so just bear that in mind. This pillow is made of a firm memory foam material and has a zipper separating the top section from the bottom. I had to use the images supplied to make sense of it but it turns out that you can use it in different compositions for different requirements. I tried sleeping on the two parts joined as one initially but my problem is really mid-to-lower back and spine alignment/support, so I separated the pillow into the two sections (as shown on the instructions). I am using the 'bolster' part under my lower spine, keeping my head on the firm and somewhat narrow upper part. This works fine for me as I'm a back sleeper and it keeps my head and neck 'locked' in place as you can't roll around on it like a normal pillow without realising and correcting yourself. Used like that, I've slept and woken feeling ache-free for just under a week now, which I haven't done in at least a year.My dad is thinking of trying one of these but he has a severe spine condition with a lot of pain, so I'm not sure how supportive it will be for him. I'm quite small-built, weighing 125lbs and it's just about the right width for me but I'm not sure how well it will work for a broader back.I, for one, am very glad I tried it and am hoping it continues to keep its shape for many more decent sleeps to come.

This pillow is a strange shape, feels a little uncomfortable, doesn't hurt my neck it just feels a bit firm but I have no neck pain in the morning so I'm happy to use it from now on.It comes as two, zip together odd shaped pillows which can be used together or independently.Can be used in different formations to suit, I used them zipped together as with the seller's main picture.I'm a side sleeper so I thought it wouldn't suit me but it's fine, I sort of use the edges rather than the centre which I think is more suited to back sleepers.I will use this in future and hopefully that will be the end of my neck problems, at least for now.I've also discovered that the pillow makes an excellent support on the back of an armchair, it was so comfortable and supportive that I fell asleep.Comes with a 100 night sleep trial but I'm not sure how that works so I'd give it a couple of weeks to get used to it and if needed return within the Amazon period of 30 days.Reasonable value.I wish it had come with extra covers. Although they are washable they would have to be washed within a day and put back before bedtime as an ordinary pillowcase wouldn't work.

The pillow's curvature design is great. When lying down, your head, neck and shoulders naturally fit into the pillow. The elevated side of the pillow supports the cervical vertebrae, so that the head is supported and not suspended in the air, physically stretching the stiff cervical vertebrae and maintaining the natural curvature.The filling is very substantial, and the long pillow has great support for the cervical spine. The pillow in the head support area is made of memory foam, which will return to its original shape after rebounding and the support will remain unchanged.As shown in the picture, the pillows are zipped together and have different functions when separated and fastened together. I prefer to use it as a head pillow. It cannot completely improve the quality of sleep, but it has an excellent support for the cervical spine and head while sleeping.

This is a normal pillow length size but has a different type of configuration.I normally sleep with two pillows, and do suffer from back and neck ache during the night, my thought was that this may help.The pillow itself is two parts, which you slide together positioning to best suit you.It’s soft and does feel well made, it will take some getting used to it, its different to a normal pillow, doesn’t squash like my normal one and has a fairly firm feel to it.If you can get used to the way it feels and the different sleep position you’ll have to adopt, its worth a try, I struggled to get comfortable for a few nights, but am getting used to it, and my neck doesn’t feel as stiff.Probably be one of those products that works for some and not for others, and some will be convinced it is working when perhaps it’s doing nothing, hard one to recommend as where all different

I have had several spinal surgeries from the top of my neck down to my tailbone, and I find this product, especially supportive as I sit in a chair! I have tried using it at night with both pieces separate and I find that I have another foam pillow that my husband has adapted and honestly works better for me. But that is me! Everyone is different! I am not here to assume that this pillow would work for everyone. But I think if you give it a good chance, and some common sense, you’ll find this equal product!I pretty much use this one exclusively for sitting, but I find it very supportive! I don’t think some people realize that the firmness is for support the more support you get the more comfortable you will be. You can’t use a soft, fluffy pillow and expect any of your issues to go away! I think one of the reasons people don’t understand this pillow is because they don’t realize that they are probably out of alignment and at first your body is fighting this pillow but the more you use it the more support you get, and the better you’re going to feel in other activities! I am very happy with the material this is covered in. It is very durable with a very neutral pattern! For those people who find the fabric annoying I would try just using a favorite pillowcase over it.

This cervical pillow is one of the effet taht dont make mythe back of my head numb. It's shaped just right. I wish it were a bit less firm though so it took the shale at the sides of the head more.

I have been through every pillow imaginable for my neck pain and morning headaches. Dr says I don't have a good curve in my neck, so I need that bolster thing to keep a good natural arch between my neck and the bed. So this pillow seemed interesting. And it is. But not in the best of ways. It's too hard for starters. I have many "rubbery" (I guess it's latex) pillows that are soft but bouncy and hold their shape just fine. This is supposed to be more of a memory foam I guess, where you press it and the impression stays there for a little, but it's just rock hard. It hurts my hand to squeeze it that's how hard it is. I tried smushing it because they say to do that with tempurpedic pillows to soften them but so far it hasn't helped.When I use it I have not woken up with headaches, but there is still something so off about this pillow. I wish the zipper zipped in other ways besides just the one. I feel like I want to move it around, position the pieces differently to fit my head neck and shoulders better but the zipper only holds it in one spot, meaning any other configuration and you've got two pillows that will never stay in place during the night. The part that goes down your neck and under your shoulder blades is too long for my small frame. There are just too many areas that force you to to lay in a very specific way for the entire night and there is no wiggle room.So while I have not had a literal headache from this pillow, the whole thing gives me a mental one. I don't even know what to do with it now. I kind of just separated it and tried each piece as lumbar support. Which it's not really that great for actually. This pillow is almost there. But the firmness level is really the killer for me.

Hate it to hard does not do what advertisers showed

I need to return this item it’s too hard and painful in my neck I tried using only one part but it still doesn’t work for me , I would like a return label and my money back
