This tea is great for anyone who has stomach issues. It has a great taste. very good quality

I'm trying this tea for the first time because I'm interested in the health benefits of guava leaves. I'm half a dozen tea bags in already and honestly I'm really enjoying this tea. The taste is mild and soothing. The aroma is slightly floral and very pleasant. It's a pretty amber color. I brew the bags twice, the 2nd brew is lighter of course but still very tasty. I only use one bag per brew and I don't need to add any sweetener, I just drink it as is. I'm interested in guava leaf tea because it's supposed to help with digestion and blood sugar levels. It's also nice that it's caffeine free, for those days when I want a warm cup of something to drink but don't want caffeine. A little bit of oil comes out when brewing and it seems to have stained my ceramic cup, although my glass cups are fine. But that isn't surprising, some teas just do that. Overall this tea is very enjoyable to drink.

This is a wonderful and a big box full of Guava tea bags! I personally think it really encompasses the full flavor of GUAVA the fruit! The leaves really taste just like the fruit and SO does this tea. I use it day and night! I love making a lot and then filling a pitcher up with some honey and lots of ice! It isn't spicy or too full of natural/artificial flavors, just the right amount of sweetness for a nice fruity tea :) I did receive this box at a discounted rate for my honest review. I love tea personally and even though this one is not in my top 3, it definitely makes my top 10!

Saw this on Dr. Oz show. Got it to help my wife and I get to sleep faster without the use of Amien. It has a medicinal taste and had little effect on us. One thing I noticed was having to get up a couple of time to pee and am not sure if it was the Tea or something else different causing that. It was also said to lower the blood sugar and have a calming effect. Everyone is different so I would recommend you trying for yourself to see if it will work for you.

Drinking this tea have a lot of good health benefits

I grew up eating a lot of sweets so I have a huge sweet tooth, and with both of my grandmas having diebitihes, I’ve always been worried about giving it as well. I personally am not a fan of teas (might be why I didn’t like the taste very much) or anything claiming to help with weight loss, but I was drawn to this because of its claim to help reduce blood sugar levels and the fact that it’s caffeine free. The taste is a bit bland unless you use two packets, but it taste good especially once I added lemon (as far as teas go, one of the better tastes, better then black tea anyways and I have a secret love for lemon). Over the past few weeks, I’ve seenmyself not wanting to eat as much sugar as I normally do which I was suprised about. My husband says it has to do with sugar levels and how sugar can be addictive. All and all, the tea has worked as a detox of sort for me, I didn’t see any weight loss or digestion change but I’m definetly happy with the reduction of blood sugar and desire for sugar.
