Item was delivered on time. Delivery follow up and support from Powermax was very good. Installation of the Jogpad 3 is very easy. You can use the manual or refer to video sent by Powermax team. Treadmill is very good. I have been using it for a month now. Size is decent for small rooms. Operation is silent. All options are easy to access while doing the workout. The watch is very useful and works as intended. Till now I have used for 30 mins at a stretch and no issues were observed.

superb....very simple and nice to use...more comfort for a single person use .easily fold it and keep it under cot I requested the service expert to change the power cord from 16 amp to 6 amp ,a quick response from their side. The jogpad 3 is a good buy. It's sturdy and easy to use. It's worth completely and easy to handle n store too. The only thing I wish it was comparable with some mobile app which it is not. That would have been a perfect value for money if all data of the individual could hv been recorded and been track for future health parameters. Otherwise it a grt investment.
