मेरी मिसेज को बहुत सालो से माइग्रेन की प्रोब्लम है। हल्का सा दर्द शुरू होते ही इसे ले लेने से राहत मिलती है। Completely इलाज तो नही है मरीज को अच्छी नींद, अच्छा खाना और थोड़ी एक्सर्साइज करते रहना चाहिए। सर में पसीना नही होना चाहिए। As a husband मेने महसूस किया है कुछ खुशबुए इसमें फायदेमंद है वो लेकिन मरीज ही समझ सकता है। इसे मरीज को पेट्रोल की बू, जड़ी बूटी वाले तेल ऐसी खुशबूए अच्छी लगती है।
