Las correas y cinturones se sienten de alta calidad, con costuras firmes y materiales cómodos pero duraderos. Me encantó que incluye varias piezas para diferentes ejercicios, especialmente para glúteos, piernas y trabajo de fuerza. I had a surgery recently and I got this for going back to the gym after healing. I used it during my Physical therapy and now I’m back to the gym and I’m still using it. I haven’t needed to use the belt yet but it seems pretty good. Everything is very durable. The pad is soft but sturdy. The band is one of the better resistance bands I’ve had definitely great for hip stability. The ankle straps are strong I haven’t put much weight on them but I’ve used 20 lbs on the cables and they don’t budge or loosen. And it all fits perfectly in the little bag you get with room for a water bottle and your wallet and keys.
