Review: Purchased this splitter as a work around to get the Xbox Series X to output 4K 120hz to my TV, and a second down converted 4K 60hz signal to my Hue Sync box as the Sync box does not accept 4K 120hz. After a couple quick flicks of the EDID and downscale switch settings it was time to connect everything. Used the ultra high speed HDMI cable that came with the Xbox to connect it to the splitter input. Then used another ultra high speed HDMI capable from output 1 on the splitter to my LG TV. Then connected a high speed HDMI from output 2 on the splitter to my home theater receiver (which is ultimately connected to my Hue Sync). Turned everything one and had no issues at all. TV is receiving the 4K 120hz signal as verified through the Xbox display settings. My receiver is getting a full Dolby Atmos signal. And the Hue Sync and all lights work perfectly. So if you are looking for a simple work around solution to not have to sacrifice Xbox performance and still enjoy your Hue Sync setup, buy with this splitter with confidence.

Purchased this splitter as a work around to get the Xbox Series X to output 4K 120hz to my TV, and a second down converted 4K 60hz signal to my Hue Sync box as the Sync box does not accept 4K 120hz. Lasted about a year, but CEC no longer passes through. I have to remove it from my setup in order to get CEC back. Emailed easycool a week ago but have gotten no response.
