I got this after my Braun IPL ran out of flashes. Based on my research, this item seems to currently be the strongest at-home laser hair removal device. It is definitely more effective than the my old device, and doesn't hurt my eyes. It does hurt a little bit compared to the painless IPL, but it's almost not noticeable. Some hair that the IPL was not able to get rid of is fading away, but it's still not perfect. I used to get real laser with a professional, and you can't expect the same results with this device. It still gets the job done to some extent with a fraction of the cost. Also, I have olive skin, and even though the company recommended their other device for dark skin tones for me, I decided to buy this one. I have not had any problems with this, even though it's stronger than the dark tones device. If you are deciding between IPLs and this device, this is definitely worth the price difference.

I bought this laser hair system with the intention of using it on my face. The salons want too much money and I was tired of waxing. It arrived in good condition a day after I ordered it. I was pretty excited. However, after using it three times, I’m very disappointed. Despite having read the instructions several times and carefully following them, the device seems to shut off after three or four zaps of the yellow light. That’s assuming you can get it to start zapping to begin with. When it actually does, i can feel a little heat even on the highest setting. It isn’t particularly painful, I’ll give it that. I don’t have the faith this device is really going to reduce the hair on my face. I’ve read the troubleshooting guide and can find nothing wrong. I’m returning it while the window of opportunity is available. Not sure if I got a bad one or if this is just an overpriced/under performing device.

I absolutely love this device! It’s super easy to use and very straightforward, even for beginners. The manual explains everything clearly, so you don’t feel confused at all. Best part there’s no pain whatsoever, which was a big concern for me. I’ve already started seeing great results and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

I have been using this hair laser removal device and I’m honestly impressed with the results. It is very easy to use and doesn’t hurt me at all. I have noticed slower hair regrowth under my arms. I love it is lightweight and has different multiple skin tones. It’s already saving me lots of money.

Don't bother! Barely works and burns! It hurts like hell. I used this machine and I have to stay it is very unpowered and very slow. The reason it hurts and burns is because of the low power. It's way too low in this macbine. With a professional machine, the power is very high, high enough to instantly cook and fry the hair roots very fast, this is why those machines feel more like a rubber band snapping, than a slower burn like this machine. A professional machine also has a better cooling system. This machine is more painful if used in areas with thicker dark hairs, like a man's facial hair or leg hair. It feels like getting burned by a hot iron on your face. It did very little to my facial hair, or my body hair. It couldn't remove my arm hair. It slowed down some of the growth but after repeated use for a month the hair still came back. Do not waste your cash on this. This machine is just uses a very low powered IR laser that tricks the customer that it is working, because you need to shave the area first! It would probably slow hair re-growth slightly but it will not go away and come back right away.

I am impressed! I got this devoce to permanently remove facial hair. I have always had thick dark side burns and as I get older then odd chin hair has turned into a few patches of coarse dark hair. I have and the device for 3 weeks and have seen a significant reduction in growth speed and about a 25% reduction in over all hair growth. Pros: I have seen a reduction in both hair growth and growth speed. The device is easy to use and quick. Including prep time it takes about 20- 30 minutes for my face and legs. After only 3 weeks hair is slower to grow is finer and have fewer hairs growing back. Cons: It is not painless especially for thick dark hairs like a beard or side burns I have had less success with the hairs on the sides of my chin because the device is hard to place properly in the less flat areas of the face. I am beyond pleased with this device so far and believe with some trial and error I can get the chin hairs too.

Haven’t used it in awhile but I did notice a reduction and slowing of hair growth

It appears to be working, i was 50/50 before purchasing as to wether this was more a “wonder” device that will fail miserably or something that will actually do as it states, the only thing that tipped the scales for me regarding the purchase were the reviews i managed to unearth from the internet, since then, i have used it as recommended for two weeks so far and there is a noticeable lack of hair when shaving prior to doing another session with the device, it can sting a little when using it in delicate areas and the face but nothing that can’t be endured, I use it on setting 1 for the face, 3 for body and 6 for legs , fingers crossed it gives me the results i want, even if the process is slower than a clinic visit , at least i have the ability to do when it’s convenient to me, no to having to attend and wait at a clinic and its certainly so much cheaper too, time will tell 🥰

Tried this for a month. I think it was very effective in some areas but needs to be persistent. The only reason I stopped using this is because I didn't see shedding in the beginning but two months later I noticed hair reduction in some areas
