We received our product fast it was what described . But it was the wrong item no fault of there's. I thought it was bigger but it did work but it was the wrong one oops we all order at times . But if it could of worked for me I would of kept it nice quality and fits its purpose . So if a person needs a small one this is perfect . Great Job and again very fast getting my item . The one I ordered to replace it does not even work it was cracked when we opened the box and we plugged it in and it would not even come on and it cost big bucks . Oh boy did I go thru crap to get this issue fixed. Unreal we was excited to get it got to have our coffee before we seen the cracked part well it would not come om. So we called to try to trouble shoot well it was broke from jump so again I was disappointed . So we found one at Walmart and got works great . But the issue is that when I called to talk about it because when I went to do a return they only was going to give me parcel credit on a product that was broken and would not even come on I'm like ok I habe a broken product and I have to pay half of it anyway . Well that was it . It took me 4 phone calls several pictures to just get my refund and they said we do not except returns on this product well if is does not work we can not use it . So I got them to finally send Me a label.to return it after all it never did even turn on so we got a faulty product it happens but stand behind you 3rd party sellers make it right I was not asking for it free it broken . Or a free replacement . I could not wait 2 more days so I bought the same one at Walmart. So they shipped me a 3rd one from Amazon that I did not even order and now i have to deal with a product I did not even reorder .i hit options just put my refund back on my card instead they sent me a replacement I did not ask for . So I wrnt thru a big Hassel to get it canceled well it still came so I have to send it back just to get a refund for the first broken one . So watch this they will just op to replace it even if you don't want it replaced ok thank you . I love amazon never have I had this issue but it has been the biggest Hassel just to get a refund for a faulty product . So next time I'll check on who and what I order from this company . Who ever I talked to really told me a still be charged for something I sent back never used like I can help it waa broke cracked and would not even come on so it was im.sure a return and did not get noticed and just passed on

I’ve used several models of Keurig brand machine. This one is good for the compact design, but it’s important to know that it’s as compact as it is because it doesn’t have an internal hot water tank. Therefore, it does not preheat the water in advance, it heats as the water is pumped through. The reason this is important is because a small amount of cold water exits the machine before it becomes hot, so for a few seconds, the coffee comes out clear. It also doesn’t pump as quickly, so the actual brewing process takes longer than a standard sized machine. Timewise, as far as your first cup goes, it’s about the same because there’s no waiting for it to preheat, but the slower brew speed might affect the flavor slightly if you’re used to a different Keurig machine. It works for me though, and it’s a lot more compact than a regular model.

I ordered this a couple of months ago and was initially not satisfied - even started the return. The issue was that it seemed to brew the coffee much slower than my old Keurig. Also, it would say "add water" when there seemed to be at least a full cup still in the carafe. But.....the coffee is so consistently good that I never got around to returning it and decided that I would live with the perceived problems in favor of delicious coffee. When I compare this machine to my single cup office brewer (different brand), it is much faster. And I like that I don't have to refill the reservoir every cup. It lasts for 3 10-ounce brews. Finally, I like the narrower profile of this machine compared to the older styles. It doesn't take up much space on my counter, which is important to me. I would definitely purchase this again.

I like keurigs. Easy to use, quick coffee. I bought the lavender one for my daughter and I. Our kitchen is really small so we needed something compact. This is slim so it fits great. Easy to use, works great. Really happy with this purchase.

I purchased this refurbished. I received a new appearing machine that looked as if it had never been used, wrapped in plastic. I saved a ton and it works perfectly. Its slim and has a decent sized water reservoir. Brew time is quick and it's very quiet with no leakage. I am very pleased with this purchase. i can't speak for long term use, but the first few weeks have been great. If you want to save money, buy refurbished.

This K Express coffee maker works well. The strong feature is excellent makes great strong coffee if you like that. One problem is that the instructions say that if you hold the strong button for 3 seconds the strong button will stay on until you turn it off. This feature does not work on mine. I pressed the strong button for 3 seconds and nothing happens the light does not flash like it's supposed to.
