High waisted and fit perfectly. However they are advertised as fleece lined and they are not. Are they thicker than normal leggings? Yes. Are the lovely and soft inside? Yes. But they are not fleece lined. They are too thin. I have bought other brands before and they are much thicker. Still good value for good quality thicker leggings, but not the fleece lined ones I needed to keep me warm. Will I return them?
