Easy assembly. Lovely and practical.

This was one of the more frustrating things I've ever put together. The instructions themselves are easy to follow, but getting the screws to line up perfectly was a complete headache. So many issues with the holes not being drilled in exactly the right places. If I could do it over again, I'd just eat the fee and have someone else set it up for me. It wasn't HARD, but it was tedious and annoying and took way longer than I expected it to.On the positive side, once assembled it looks GREAT. I have a tiny kitchen and needed something sturdy but compact. This fits in just right, and the additional storage shelves are awesome for a small space like mine. I've had issues before with small kitchen tables that were wobbly but this thing is SOLID and doesn't feel or look cheap. The chairs are pretty comfortable for what they are too. Overall, I'm really pleased with this purchase.

Pros : It is exactly as advertised, looks wise. Good for an inexpensive priced island. Cons: Hard to follow instructions. Needs two people to assemble. A bit lighter weight than we expected. Slides a bit.

I'm a young professional living by myself in a studio, and this was a great value for me. It's a little bit smaller than I thought it would be, but I actually really like that it's compact and it can still comfortably seat two people. It works well as both my eating and work space, and gives me extra room because I don't have much of a counter in my kitchen. I love that it came with chairs so I didn't have to worry about ordering ones that matched the look and height. I have all of my mugs, cups, and bowls on the shelves for easy access, which allows me to store more food in my cabinets. The table was easy to put together and only took me about an hour and a half by myself. The first chair took me about an hour on its own, because the pieces were hard to fit together - I had to loosen some bolts and wiggle some things in order to get it to work. For the second chair, I put it together a little out of order and it took half of the time as the first. You might have to play with those middle bars a bit - the one on the top that sits under the seat and H-shaped one on the bottom. It is minimally wobbly, that's just part of owning particle board furniture.

We got this to fit over my daughter’s mini fridge in her dorm to create a mini “kitchenette” area. We left off the brace that runs across the bottom, and it didn’t affect the stability of the table at all. We chose this table specifically because it has shelves down one side where she can store her dishes and paper towels, etc. I made sure to get a photo, since I only saw one other photo of someone using their table in a similar way. The shelves on top are the standard book shelves common in dorm rooms. We used them to create a hutch, and more storage. Hope this helps someone looking for something similar.
