These do the job!
After three prostate surgeries by 94-year-old father has some issues with "leaking." We tried several different products and he likes the Depends Guards best of all. They fit more discreetly in his underwear that other products and do an excellent job. He (and we) highly recommend them.

These are a bit thin.
Shape is great especially if you put them in a jock strap but they are very thin.

Wow, did I get taken!
The product was poorly designed, the adhesive did not keep the pad in place . The crease down the center made for easy packaging, but poor absorption. I spent more time adjusting the pad and feeling self conscious. Which is exactly what you want when you are embarrassed about having to use one in the first place....... Not!

Great for mild urine dripping.
The guard is not bulky and it absorbs urine drops. The adhesive can survive several re-positionings.What it lacks, and this might be true will all these products, is the ability to eliminate the trapped urine smell that comes out when you drop your undershorts.

The good news is this product exists. I had prostate cancer surgery a little over one year ago. At first I needed a pull-on pant; then I needed a pad; and finally I needed something for very light, brief leaks (and doesn't feel like having a large sponge stuck between my legs.) Though the Attends website states this product is available from Target and WalMart, they should state that it's available only through their respective websites- not in their stores. The shape isn't ideal when fitted into a standard men's brief- needs tweaking. Though not mentioned by Attends, it works quite well in a jock (and that has been a very useful way for me to wear it given some of my sporting activities.) And as thin as they are, I haven't been the least let down by their absorbency. If they were cut a bit differently and assembled with a bit more precision, they'd be a 5 star product. I give them 4 stars in their current version AND because they exist! I ordered my first "case" of 64 pads through Amazon. In the future I'll be ordering from Target as they are currently less expensive.

Just the right size and shape..
Post Op Prostrate... After reading tons of post op reviews, I feel fortunate that my "problems" are minimal. Leaving the hospital we were given a few standard "pads" which proved to be way way more than necessary.. I may have a few "drops" accident one or two times a day, usually with a sneeze or when blowing my nose. The hospital issue were for real all out accidents. With a search, I found a pad I thought would be perfect, but for some reason they were not sold (or shipped) out of Great Briton. These came as close to those as I could find, and may be better. Keep in mind these are for small "accidents".

Not sealed.
Unlike other absorbent pads, these don’t seal in the urine.
