I've used these a few times now. First time I took 1 pill and didn't notice anything really. Subsequent times I've taken 2 and noticed a small effect but it's really not much and not what I was hoping for. Hopefully they work better for others than they did for me.

Kava root is good for stress relief. These capsules didn't leave a bad aftertaste and I've been taking them for a good while. I feel like it's helping me stay calmer (I work a high stress job). Price is probably a little high for these, but that's my only complaint. Everyone's experience will be different too, so if you want to try it, try at your own risk and consult your healthcare professional.

I don’t have any prior experience with Kava so I started taking one pill at a time instead of the recommended 2. I didn’t notice a huge affect but probably because of the smaller dose. I’m interested to see the benefits of this natural anxiety relief over a longer period of time before I’m confident in saying it’s worth the $25ish bucks per bottle.
