Game changer. Best I have found to cushion impact.
Game changer. Fits well in almost any shoe from flats to heels and seriously reduces impact and improves comfort. Can reuse in multiple pairs of shoes if the plastic liner is left on, or remove the liner to stick to shoes if needed. I have reordered multiple times and shared with friends.

They work!
My feet hurt so bad after awhile. I tried these hoping it would help before I started buying expensive shoes that are not very attractive for the most part. THEY WORK! I walk all day without pain. They are a little hard to insert into the shoe but they don’t slide around.

Too large for smaller women's shoe sizes
These definitely provide more cushion than most other brands, however they are quite long. I have a size 6.5 shoe and was using them for a pair of open toe high heel sandals. The front of the pad went over the toe of the shoe when lined up correct with my foot. I was fine cutting it to fit, but unfortunately once cut, it reveals a very sticky edge that collects dirt. Another downside is that they have a strong chemical smell upon opening the packaging.

Good size and cushioning
These work very well for extra cushioning. Very easy to stick on the shoes. I get blisters easily under my metatarsals, but these are great for keeping my feet snug in my dance shoes so no blisters. Another tip/trick. I created an insole for the size of my shoes from an Amazon bubble bag. That is like a miracle. It also prevents blisters bc it keep shoes cushiony.

When Narrow isn't narrow enough
Just what I needed. I wear between a AA and a AAA, so even Narrow shoes are often a little too wide. This metatarsal pad has an unusual shape which was perfect for a new pair of shoes. It is a TINY bit thicker than the pads I've used before. No doubt I will use these again and again.
