Once I figured out how to put them on and where I needed them on my knees I was super impressed!! They fit tight but not too tight and I have to say they stayed in place and I found I was not constantly pulling them up. They work so good and I was able to add more weight to my squat and leg press and actually do so many more reps than I had been able to in the past. My husband and I are in the gym 6 days a week and he lifts pretty heavy and mainly uses knee wraps but after seeing my gains and just how happy I was with the fit and how well they worked for me he went home and ordered a pair also. I am so excited for him to use his also.
