It's almost TOO simple at times and I overthought how to access certain functions. After some vandalism at a construction site that I monitor, I bought this camera in the hopes of catching vandals returning. We didn't catch them, but we did catch a fox a few times.The camera doesn't capture photos at the best quality, especially if the subject is moving. See attached photos of the fox we captured.Regardless, the camera is easy to setup, both the software and getting it actually set in place. It wasn't too noticeable at night which is great. I would definitely purchase more of these if I needed to. ### ⭐ Not Impressed - Tech support is awful !! *by M***. on March 20, 2018* This broke in one day ! When I viewed the pictures & videos via the built in screen, it would stop functioning and "freeze" up. I would have to remove all the batteries to re-boot the screen and get the camera to function again. ****There is no one to call for tech support **** I wrote to the vendor (because I cannot contact the manufacturer) and without listing the entire email chain, lets just say it was not the best way to fix technical problems. And...it was never resolved. More importantly, each email that went back and forth took between 13 and 36 hours to get a response. To be honest, everything else worked well and the picture quality was good.
