Unfortunately Can't Recommend
My wife is a hospital worker on her feet throughout the working day. Then she's on stage regularly with a local opera company. So she sometimes has toes rubbing and becoming sore. She's tried many spacers without success and unfortunately these are also not satisfactory. They space the toes well but are not stable and slip around so after a very short time they actually make the situation worse. So I wouldn't buy them again. They also took quite a time to arrive.

These were too small for my gap but otherwise ok .would be fine for someone with a small gap between their toes .

Does the job at a good price.
These are what I'd consider a medium size but cost less for the two than I paid for one in Boots chemist which was a bigger size. Does the job at a good price.
