I then bought this Zazzee shilajit and stopped using the resin. At first I opened the capsule and tasted it. It seemed to have a stronger taste than the resin. Instead of swallowing the capsule, I have poured the capsule into a half mug of hot water every morning. The tea seems to have a bitter taste somewhat like coffee, but milder. Some may not like the tea taste but I didn't mind it. For several days I monitored my resting heart rates and nightly heart rates using the Zazzee brand. This Zazzee seems to be just as good as the resin and I like the fact that it is made in the USA. Most of resins come from overseas (China), which always was kind of questionable to me.
