Although I make no claims for this relative to anyone else, it is for me noticably beneficial for aches and pains . The caveat needless to say is to know what the cause is and/or are not covering up or postponing possible necessary medical attention .

When I first started using shilajit, I bought the shilajit resin which was about $55 for a one month supply. As I use a fitbit, I was able to monitor my resting heart rates and heart rates while sleeping. Using the resin, I could see in my fitbit that it did help and reduced my resting heart rate. I do cardio exercises everyday so I generally have a low heart rate to begin with, but the shilajit resin did work to to keep it steadily lower. I think it has something to do with the shilajit increasing the half life of cortisol so that one's body does not keep releasing cortisol for every stress that happens throughout the day. I then bought this Zazzee shilajit and stopped using the resin. At first I opened the capsule and tasted it. It seemed to have a stronger taste than the resin. Instead of swallowing the capsule, I have poured the capsule into a half mug of hot water every morning. The tea seems to have a bitter taste somewhat like coffee, but milder. Some may not like the tea taste but I didn't mind it. For several days I monitored my resting heart rates and nightly heart rates using the Zazzee brand. This Zazzee seems to be just as good as the resin and I like the fact that it is made in the USA. Most of resins come from overseas (China), which always was kind of questionable to me. The Zazzee is $25 and has 120 capsules, good for 4 months if you take one a day. So that comes out to $6/month vs. $55 / month for the resin. I am going to stick with this Zazzee brand and stop the shilajit resin as I think it is just as good if not better than the shilajit resin. Though this is somewhat subjective, let me also say that I do seem to have more energy throughout the day using either the resin or zazzee. A few months before I got the resin, I had quit drinking coffee. I never missed the coffee, but the shilajit tea is also a nice replacement for coffee in the morning. September 2025 update: I'm still buying this product. I still think it is as good as shilajit resin.

Pills are somewhat large, but go down easily with water. Zero taste that I can detect. As for their health-related value, I'll wait until I finish the entire bottle. Thus far, I have not experienced any benefit; making it just another pill I take daily, hoping for something.

I just started today with 2 caps and felt huge surge of energy. Will reduce to one a day, 5 on/2 off to avoid tolerance that I previously experienced with shilajit. I opened capsule and it had a very distinctive smell and taste like burnt paper. I'm thinking this is the real deal, and at a great price.

I'm very active and needed something to give me that little boost. This supplement does just that. I started by taking two pills a day, at 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. It gave me a boost of energy, so much so that I had to start taking just one a day at 8 a.m. I started sleeping really good and felt health. It tastes like most supplements out there—not unbearable. It's easy to swallow. Definitely the best value for the money. I will buy it again.

Item arrived in perfect condition today. So far two doses taken already at this time no notable difference, might be too early to tell. No side effects noticed.
