Doesnt compress your hips! Perfect hourglass shape!
UPDATE EDIT 4/24 ***** The faja is still my all time favorite faja, but the straps did break. I had to replace them with some other ones I purchased here on amazon which I recommend. They are thicker more durable 15mm or 18mm ones search them! Ive washed and dried this faja and it is still spectacular. I actually need to size down to a size small now but the price is a little more expensive than when I bought the medium so I am hoping I can take this one to get taken in by a seemstress lol. MY ORIGINAL REVIEW ***** If you are going to take a risk and order a faja on amazon, order this one! For reference, I am 5'7 and 200 lbs. Post op from a bbl lipo 360 measurements 33 waist and 50 hips.. I purchased a MEDIUM and it fit as it should! PROS: - The crotch part actually covers and compresses the fupa. As opposed to my previous faja that use to make it stick out oddly! - Makes your shape look amazing!!!!! - The butt part is a decent size and shaped nicely. It also covers all the booty completely so no miley cyrus chicken butt lol. - The straps are removable so you can switch them out for transparent ones and use your faja for off the shoulder tops or cute outfits. - The thigh part is a decent lenght to compress and cover my saggy inner thighs! CONS: - The thigh part feels like its one step away from rolling up. It has that thing that is supposed to help it stay but I dont know girls.. I keep having to pull it a little more down because it feels like its going to roll up! - The straps are probably going to need to get replaced by some heavier duty ones because they have already snapped twice while I tried to adjust the faja and I had to make the little clasps flat again because they got deformed. All in all, one of the best fajas on amazon. Feels super comfortable and makes me feel confident in knowing I am compressing my waist as I should. BTW I am a month post op, this is a Stage 2 faja and I wear mine with foams inside& it still fits! :)

The most honest and detailed review .Hope this helps!
Mine arrived in the mail today and I am more than pleased.I was skeptical at first because I ordered 2 others from a different seller before I found this one . The experience I had with that purchase almost completely turned me off to attempting another from amazon. Iโm not familiar with these aside from the fact that I know they are suppose to pull everything in and be a bit uncomfortable, however, Iโm sure it shouldnโt take an hour of unsuccessfully trying to get the second clasp closed, and the level of compression shouldnโt affect my mental compacity...I mean that thing had me aiming the remote at the wall to turn the tv channel ..btw the tv was located behind me..That is also what made me stop the madness and return it..After that experience I wasnโt expecting much from this one, but to my surprise it fit perfectly and actually matched the reviews...so I hit the jackpot on my third and last attempt at an amazon faja lol..I guess 3s a charm forreal.. I hope this help one of you frustrated ladies decide on trying this one out ..Iโm a 263lbs size16 dress and pants 38inch waist and 51inch hips 5โ9 Height with a good amount of padding in my mid section I donโt have an hour glass figure until I put this thing on ..I mean this snatcccched me in all the right places . My tummy is flat and my butt is a snack lol yes girls it lifts the butt too. I got the 3x .it was a little rough getting over my thighs but I have big thighs so it was expected and wasnโt too bad once I got pass that part it provided great support with some effort. It took about 10 minutes to get on. I havenโt worn it long term yet but will update when I do . Update* almost 2months since Iโve been using this brand of faja and they are still in great condition. I washed mine on delicate and let air dry. So far that has worked for me. The straps were an issue as far as coming off but easy fix for me was to bite the clasp tighter. Hey it worked for me and I had no issue with it popping off after. You can also purchase straps.

IT WILL FIT!!
My lymphatic massage lady who is from Columbia recommended this Faja. Itโs perfect. Great quality. I didn't believe I'd fit into this because it seems so small and the fabric is so strong that you don't think it'll stretch, but it did. As I'm only 5 weeks post-op TT, flank and lower back lipo, I worked my way in slowly and gently. I got in the first time by having my husband pull the back out over my butt. I didn't need him to help me in the second time; you just have to break it in a little the first time. I could not fit in my lipo foam in there, only my abdominal board and lumbar board. I also couldnโt clip it up all the way because my torso isnโt that long. So I left 2 open at the top and folded under. The V area is the main drawback to this faja in my opinion. It's far too small and squeezes my lady bits out through the opening (sorry, TMI). It's quite uncomfortable! To fix this, I inserted a 5x9 gauze pad (or a Maxi pad will do) inside the opening once I got it on so my girl wouldn't fall out. Lol I also HIGHLY suggest getting a pee funnel because it is a LIFESAVER and you won't have to worry about soiling your faja since the opening isn't wide enough (at least not for my liking). Aside from that, this holds and compresses REALLY well. My measurements: Iโm 5โ7, 140, 27โ waist, 40โ hips, I ordered a S

UPDATE/EDIT: Some pros and cons!
Hey so Iโm coming back to edit my review and add that over the span of less than a month I have seen some pretty incredible noticeable changes in my body and I definitely feel curvier and sexier. I will include my old review though because parts of it are still accurate this faja does fit weird and is very uncomfortable at times BUT it does give a flattering shape and like I said has made some substantial and lasting progress on my body shape. Oh but another negative update is that the hooks in the front are beginning to show signs of damage or stress in the form or bending slightly, all are still useable though. Overall Iโd still say I have mixed feelings but theyโre definitely more positive leaning that before lmao. Below is my original review: I have very mixed feelings on this product. I canโt lie that itโs kinda hard to get on and can be very suffocating and uncomfortable but I guess thatโs to be expected. I even made sure I definitely got the right size based on my measurements. Anyways, Iโm not a fan of the thin and removable straps. Also it fits kinda weird on my short, chubby, top heavy body. It bunches around my waist and squeezes me uncomfortably especially when sitting, bending, etc. I do like that it comes with a hole in the crotch to make peeing a little more accessible and easy but it still sucks having to get basically naked to poop lol. Iโve only worn it like three or four days and I will admit it gets easier to get into and more tolerable to wear as you go however I donโt think it looks super flattering on me, I havenโt seen any real progress in shaping my body, and Iโm still not jazzed about how awkward and uncomfortable it is. But Iโll admit that also could be because this is my first and so far only faja. My first day wearing it I genuinely thought it had pulled my shoulders out of place or something because I could barely move or lift my arms with how much pain I was in and I had difficulty breathing. I ended up crossing the removable straps behind my back to hopefully relieve some of the pressure and pinch on my shoulders/arms/and chest. Speaking of which where it sits in the front is kinda awkward too but Iโm not quite sure how to describe it. All in all itโs a little bit of a disappointment for the price point. Iโll be back tho in a year or so to change my review if Iโm wrong and it does end up working!

Great Post OP swelling faja
I ordered this due to the fact i am on week 3 of mommy makeover. My swelling is starting to slowly go down and i was given the advice to try to wear a better compression garment to heal a little more comfortable. I already owe three small ones and theyโre so big on my waist but fit just right on my hips. I was nervious about ordering this one in an X-small due to the comments..But i took the risk. It wasnt as hard to put on as the comments had said if your already used to dealing with fajas. Donโt add the straps on until last and loosen them up you donโt want the pressure to snap them. The material is pretty good at first i was like โoh crap is this going to stretch and fit me!โ But it did . The compression is just right and just what you can expect from authentic Colombian fajas. I donโt like it when itโs stretchy. Fajas arent meant to be loose or stretchy when theyโre supposed to mold and shape up.. or im my case help compress. The faja has cooler material so I donโt see so much sweat occuring which is bad for infection. I really reccomend this faja! I am currently 127 lbs 36C I donโt know my measurements I just measured with dollars. According to the dollar bill measuring i was supposed to go for a small but I want compression and to be able to continue using it after more swelling goes down so i took it in an Xsmall. Canโt see it under clothes even with foams. It doesnโt ride up thanks to the legs bc of the silicone around it.

Diane & Geordi is a great brand for fajas-- this is the 2nd style I have used!
I purchased this Diane & Geordi liposuction compression garment โ style # 2397 to use after I had liposuction and smart lipo on my abdomen, flanks, bra back fat, inner/outer thighs and knees on April 10, 2019. This garment was the longest one I found and I preferred the fabric and closure to other brands that you can purchase on Amazon. This garment stops above the knee. I ended up putting this on 48 hours after my surgery because my surgeon said I could. I found the garment to be more comfortable than the ace bandages that I was sent home with. **Please ask your surgeon when you can wear this garment.** This is my second round of lipo so I planned ahead and bought this a few weeks before my surgery. I do not think this garment offers much compression on your back and after wearing it for about 1 week I found it to become loose at the bottom on both legs. There are extenders in the package that you can connect to the straps which is GREAT and I needed them to make this more comfortable. I think this garment offers great compression on your abdomen/flank area as well as upper thighs. I wash this garment in a laundry bag and hang to dry. There IS a crotch hole if you choose to use that feature (I do notโthe idea of sitting on the toilet with this and then laying in bed grosses me out) and itโs pretty long and wide compared to the crotch hole on some of their other styles. Like my other Diane & Geordi fajas, this particular faja has been significant when it comes to healing from my recent surgery. I already have 3 DIANE & GEORDI brand fajas โ style # 2396. The length of that style ends on your upper thigh. That style is good if you only have to compress your abdomen and flank area in my opinion. Thatโs what I wore in November 2018 after having liposuction and smart lipo done on my abdomen, flanks and bra fat. I wear โLateral Protectorsโ (theyโre foam boards) with BOTH styles of the Diane & Geordi faja to help make them comfortable. I put the lateral protectors on my sides horizontally and then I place two disposable surgical pads (found at Walmart) directly underneath the snap/zipper closure because I find that hardware irritates my skin after a while. If I find I need more cushion, I just use more disposable surgical pads. I was unable to fit an abdomen board underneath both stylesโฆ it was just too tight and uncomfortable. Search the term โlateral protectorsโ to get those. I wash them in a laundry bag and hang to dry. I actually bought 4 total and have used a lateral protector underneath the snap/zipper closure instead of surgical pads a few times. I HIGHLY recommend this accessory for any faja purchase.

Connector hook and loop components tear out very easily as does bra strap loops!
This garment is comfortable and made using high-quality materials (minus the fastenerโs thread). The thicker, compression fabric on the stomach and thighs-just below the โcheekโ is well placed and the thinner fabric on the butt is very flatteringโ itโs supportive without over compressing that area and without creating that dreaded flat appearance. Itโs perfectly thought out. Unfortunately, tho, the loop of the hook and loop connector on the bottom set of fasteners, on the bodice, beneath the zipper, ripped out first time I put it on. Then the left fabric loop that holds the back bra strap hook in place โtoreโ on my third time wearing it. I would like to state tho that the actual fabric on both of the โtear outsโ stayed intact, and unharmed, as it was the thread that had failed on both insistences. Both, in my opinion, โtore outโ far too easily, since this garment fit me as it was intended to fitโ snugly, but not so tightly that the failing threads could have been explained, or expected. If not for those two failures I would have given this garment a five star review. Itโs extremely difficult to suggest to others that something Is worth a hefty $100 when the fasteners fail that easily!

Hard to gauge sizing
So, I read previous reviews trying to find what size to order. I feel like customer reviews are better for sizing than the actual sizing charts overall. I am 5 foot 8. I just had abdominal surgery and still retaining fluid. My usual weight is anywhere from about 142-148#. I am post op around 150# now. I pulled the medium out of the bag, it looked like it would fit a toddler๐. I was able to pull it up just fine, but the front was about 1-2 inches away from zipping. Since it is an open bust, but I couldn't zip it up, I don't know if the bust will be in the right spot. Going to return the medium and see how it goes with the large. I have no butt either, and I couldn't fill out that area fully. The material is thicker than some of the other garments. It will be interesting to see if the large is going to work. **** update, bought the large, it fit better in the torso. My butt couldn't fill in the amount of "butt pockets" ๐ they had sewn in. Also, I feel the gusset whole was too small of an opening to attempt to use the restroom. I didn't want to strip down at work when I needed yo use the restroom, so I returned it. I feel like the wide shoulder straps would have been comfortable and it was nice to have 2 rows of hook closures on the front for sizing options.

Post surgery garment
I bought this for post surgery support (tummy tuck) I checked it for sizing pre surgery and the fit is fine, will be better after the tuck. I would say go by the size chart measurments, the garment came saying Uk size 10 which it most definitely isnโt.
