I bought a medium and I almost feel like I could size down to a small (which I have never worn a small in my life!!!) I normally wear medium bottoms and these were a bit roomy at my waist area. The draw string is only in the front, the back waistband is elastic. Doesn’t bother me, just different. I feel like these may be a bit long. Although I did not have shoes on when I first tried the pants on. Hopefully I won’t be scrub-walking once I put my tennis shoes on. Overall these get a 4/5. Material is great quality, durable while still allowing for easy movements. Large was my recommended size but I’m glad I stuck with my gut and got a medium.
