How is this as a post work out supplement vs cell mass?

I much prefer this over Cell Mass. I use it during my workout. I am literally never sore and I lift heavy with an increase in my 1 RM every other week. I have done 400 meters of weighted walking lunges and not been sore after. I also find I don't fatigue in my workouts now since I started drinking it during my workouts.
