How long would this last on a 110ah leisure battery

Power consumption of fridge is stated in watts per 24 hour. 
Power of battery in watts  is amps X volts. 
So 110 amp battery at 12 volts is 1320watts. 
Batteries don't like being completely discharged it reduces their lifespan dramatically. Assuming 50% discharge commonly recommend for lead batteries that gives 660watts available. 
0.3kw stated power use for 24hs is equal to around 300w depending on model. 
So on these numbers in an ideal a little over 48hrs. However if using other electronic equipment light, TV, radio etc they will also use energy and there will be losses due to ineffeciencies in system. 
Opening and closing regularly, hot weather, being in direct sunlight, putting warm things in ect will all increase power consumption significantly. 
For me 36hrs is about the limit without recharging by some means in real use. 
With 150w solar panel parked in sun on clear but not too warm days I can run indefinitely but I don't use much other electronic equipment.  
 Extremely hot weather parked out of sun the battery is as low as want to take it after about 18hrs. 
For touring moving every day my battery in motorhome is never strained. Long stays can require a bit of extra care and thought. 
So the answer is a bit of a how long is a piece of string.

How many amps will this use on a 12v system. What fuse rating is required

I tested my 60 litre fridge/freezer, and it uses about 3.5 Amps when running. It doesn't run continuously though, and I estimate it runs less than 50% of the time. At a guess, it uses about 2 amps an hour?

I don't know the actual dB level, but we use this on a cabin cruiser boat close to a sleeping compartment and it doesn't disturb anyone's sleep. We think this is a fantastic product both on 240v and 12v running.
