I suspect they use tiny women when photographing this in use, as it is much smaller than it looks. I am 5;7 and a size 10 and if is only just big enough. Solid inner sponge but on the 1st time of using it last night the button holding the neck roll popped off. Zip case along the neck roll poor quality too. Why is everything made in China at poor quality .but I don't have time to return and get another as needed it for spinal surgery as my 1st one from another Amazon seller ordered in Aug never arrived.

I am reasonably happy with this wedge-cushion, used for reading in bed, but fee it could have been made to give firmer support. It tends to sag a little like normal pillows after 40 minutes or so.

Looks far thicker on the photos. Very thin and to be honest not worth the money!!!!

This is a versatile and very comfortable pillow. You can move the neck/lumbar support and tilt the pillow either direction. It does take weeks and weeks to get here from China so be prepared to wait. Covers are removable to wash - overall very good quality for the money~!

Not exactly what I thought it would be like, much smaller

I waited for a long time in getting this, but, in the end it was worth it. Good support for my back and I like that it came with two pillows.
